This Kindergarten learning institute in Shenzhen therefore focuses on kindergarten children between the ages of 1.5 to8 years old and 4 to 12 for other positions. The American based curriculum adopts developmentally appropriate practices to support early childhood development using methodology with proven progress.

Requirements:

1. 22 to 55 years old
2. Native English Speaking Country passport holder (For instance, the countries that agree specified under the Chinese government to UK, USA, Ireland, New Zealand or Canada, Australia and South Africa)
3. A clear accent
4. Degree: BA or above (Education, linguistics or English degree given top priority)
5. Experience: 120 hour TEFL / other teaching certificate OR 2 years teaching experience required
6. Relocate: Must be willing to relocate to China
7. Submit the required and finished forms requested after your interview

8. Be able to control children’s emotions and basic class management ability
9. Teachers with a talent for art and music are preferred

Student Age Ranges at the Kindergarten Positions in Shenzhen:

Teach students aged between 4 to 12 or 0 to 6

Locations:

1. Shenzhen,Yantian district, near Shatoujiao
2. Shenzhen, Futian district, near Lianhuacun station

Program Details:

1. Excellent salary: 19-27,000+ RMB per month  ($2,720 - $3,855)
2. Hours: 8:10am to 5:10pm
3. Work Hours: Up to 20 lessons per 5 day work week.
4. Work Days: Monday to Friday
5. Optional 1 - 9 PM for exta curricular teachers
6. Student age: 0 – 8 (normally from age 2-6)
7. Class size: 1 to 14 students per class
8. Class length: 40 to 50 minutes per class
9. Curriculum: Fully provided
10. Chinese Teaching Assistant: You will be assisted with a bilingual Chinese teacher for each class
11. Deliver learner centered, engaging lessons to students
12. On-going Training: Support throughout the year
13. Manage student’s in class behaviour and emotional control
14. Annual salary increase

The Process:
