Salary from at least 17,000 RMB a month after tax ($2,450)
Requirements:
- Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
- Degree: BA or above (majored in early childhood education or other related fields given priority)
- Experience: TEFL / teaching certificate or 2 kids teaching experience required.
- Age between 22-45
- Relocate: Willing to relocate to China
- Other: outgoing, friendly, team player and cares about children
- Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position.
Job Description:
- Student age: 2-6 years old
- Class size: around 20 to 30 students
- Around 25 hours or less a week
- Class duration: around 30 minutes per class, 10 classes a week
- Work days: Mon-Fri (weekends off)
- Office hours: 8 hours a day. 8:00am-12:00am, 1:00pm-5:00pm
- Curriculum: Multimedia based
- Assistant: Chinese teaching assistant
- Training: On-board orientation, monthly training and online training.
- Responsibilities related to class teaching, preparation and related work
- Attending training, meetings and school activities
- Engaging in student activities and taking care of children during classes.
- Parent meetings: held within the kindergarten
- Maintain good relationships with class members and their parents.
- 1 year contract with the option to renew
Benefits:
- Basic Salary:17,000~21,000 RMB/month  ($2,420- $3,100)
- Monthly accommodation allowance: 3,000 RMB/month ($430)
- Monthly performance bonus: 2,000 RMB/month ($300)
- Completion airfare bonus of 8,000 RMB only upon fulfilment of the contract
- Commercial Insurance provided
- Airfare bonus upon completion of contract of 8,000 RMB ($1100)
- 11 days Chinese national holiday/year, 2 days off/ week, 5 days of paid personal leave upon one year contract completion.
- Overtime of 8 hours in a month will be compensated with 1 days paid leave.

Answers to Other FAQS:
- Winter or summer holidays: depends on specific school. Most cities provide optional holidays (about 3-4 weeks each) to teachers but holidays are unpaid.
- Visa reimbursement: No reimbursement for visa document notarization or authentication. But school will assist and pay for the work visa application fee.
- Accommodation: there is one school in Hainan province providing apartment; the rest provide housing allowance.
