Job description
- Job title: English Teacher
- Provide English courses to students between the ages of 2 to 12
- Working hours per week: 35 (30 Classes + non-teaching);40 min per class
- 5 day work week - Wednesday to Sunday
- Your classes will consist of groups ranging from 4 to 6 students each. Depending on your time.
- Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required
- Handle class sizes from 4-6
- The only musts for this job are an openness to new cultures, the ability to communicate professionally across languages, and a love of teaching young learners.

Benefits Package
Basic salary: 18,000+ to 21,000 RMB per month ($2,530 / $3,000) before tax (Negotiable)
Bonus system
- Contract completion bonus: 9,000 RMB (£1000)
- Bonus for successful demo, customer retention (average around 3000 RMB per / month）
- Quarterly evaluation bonus: 300 to 1,000 depending on performance.
- Overtime pay: 200 RMB per hour for extra teaching
Allowance system
- Housing Allowance - 2,000 to 7,000 RMB per month
- Reimbursement of flight ticket to China: 6,000 RMB as maximum
- Visa Allowance - 2000 - 3000 RMB
- Round Trip Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB on completion of contract (Paid with the first months salary and an additional 6,000 with the last months salary)

Requirements
- Native English speaker preferred (must be from the UK, USA, Ireland, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and South Africa)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferably majored in education)
- A TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred AND / OR at least 2 years related experience with reference letter.
- 22 to 45 years old
